The multi-selecting documents functionality will allow you to select several documents at a time, then several options are available to you.

1.Under your transaction file, you will find your documents list the right hand side.

2. Clicking on the file will highlight the document in greenindicating it has been selected.

3. Once your documents are selected, different options will become available to you. Listed below is a brief explanation and an accompanying clip: 

• Rename:  Rename multiple documents at one go. Append additional text before or after your documents original title.

• Download: Bulk download your PDFs

• Archive/Unarchive: Hide older files by selecting the files and clicking archive. Toggle the "Show Archive" button to display or not display archived files. You can also bulk unarchived files.
  

• Delete: Delete multiple files at once. You will receive a confirmation prompt to proceed with the delete.

• Label: Group files by adding labels to multiple files in one go.
